Canandaigua- June Middlebrook passed away June 5, 2017 at the Ontario Center.
She is survived by her daughters, Judy LaFlam, Sally (Art) Johnson and Melissa Feldman; and 11 grandchildren.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care of Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. Canandaigua.
