Obituary of Charles Gascon

Charles H. Gascon, Canandaigua- Charles "Chuck" Gascon, 69, passed away on August 12, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Cathy, three children, Todd (Jody) Gascon, Tammy Gascon, Michele O'Leary, Mother, Ethel Gascon, brother, John Gascon, 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-laws, Kevin and Michell Sanders, Paul and Karen Peterson, Keith and Lori Sanders, Debbie Gascon, Judith Gascon, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father John, brother Ed, sisters Ethel and Mary, mother-in-law Isabelle Sanders and father-in-law, Robert Sanders. Born in Rochester, NY, Chuck attended Bloomfield High School and completed an associate`s degree in Fine Arts through RIT, Rochester, NY. Chuck worked at Constellation Brands as a shipping warehouse manager for 25 years before retirement in 2011. He was an avid outdoorsman, loving hunting, fishing and camping. He greatly enjoyed spending time with all of his family. Friends may call on Wednesday, August 16, from 4-7 pm at Fuller Funeral Home Inc. 190 Buffalo St., Canandaigua. A 10 am funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, August 17, at St Bridget's Church, 15 Church Street, Bloomfield, with Father Mull, a dear friend of Chuck's officiating the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Benedict's Parish, 95 N. Main St, Canandaigua, NY.
