We got to know Jim after his Kodak years when he became a board member and senior fellow at CCL. I appreciated his real world knowledge about research and helped him develop a computer based learning tool for R&D managers. Jim was also our son Kent's only "grandpa". Jim's humanness extended from business to executive development and to his "extended family" which was our gift from Jim. Thank you Jim.
