Obituary of Luella Potter

Luella B. Potter 1931-2011 Canandaigua- Luella Potter, 80, of Ontario St., passed away October 25, 2011 at F.F. Thompson Hospital. She retired in 1997 from F.F. Thompson after 20 years of service. Luella loved gardening and working in her yard, her Saturday morning coffee sessions with her children and grandchildren, and was also the Treasurer of the Canandaigua Senior Citizens Club. Luella is survived by her children; Kenneth W. (Beth) Potter Jr., Dinah Potter, Lillian (Steve) Roe, grandchildren; Randi (Craig) Benson, Andrew (Jennifer) Potter, Preston Roe (Crystal Duffy), great-grand daughter; Hadley Joanne Benson. She is also survived by her brother; Charles (Nancy) Baxter, sister; Peggy (Steve) Wilson, sister-in-law; Gail Baxter, and several nieces and nephews. Luella was predeceased by her husband; Kenneth W. Potter Sr., daughter; Beth Potter, son-in-law; William Winne, brother; James Baxter, and parents; Al Baxter and Margaret Shepard. A 1 p.m. memorial service will be held Saturday October 29, at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua. A contribution in Luella’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society P.O.
