We remember Elsie and George as part of a wonderful group of couples who went dancing together, dined together, and shared each other's joys and sorrows through the years. Our parents, Bill and Fran Washburn, considered them among their dearest friends. When our own children started at BCS, we were so happy to know that Elsie would be their school nurse. Whenever they needed to visit her office, her good care and nurturing spirit always made them feel better.
