Obituary of John Boop

John Patrick Boop CANANDAIGUA- John Boop was called home to his Heavenly Father on April 25, 2013. John was a lifelong Canandaigua resident; he worked at Labelon Corp. in Hopewell and retired from the Canandaigua VA Hospital in June of 2012. John enjoyed fishing, spending time at home watching movies, traveling and telling jokes. John is survived by his loving companion, Marie Welch, and her three daughters. He is also survived by three sisters and three brothers, Lil (Tom) Wilkinson, Margaret (Carl) MacGregor, Cindy (Ellis) Shafer, Herman Boop III, Kevin (Sherry) Boop, and Lewis (Heather) Boop; many nieces, nephews, friends, and his dog Bella. He is predeceased by his parents, Vera Louise and Herman Roy Boop Jr.; brothers, Joseph Boop and James Boop.
