Prizel, Darlene A. Victor: Passed away peacefully on Friday, August 14, 2020, at the age of 73. She was born to the late Dorothy and Wesley Murphy on January 26, 1947, in Canandaigua, NY. Darlene was a Victor High School graduate, and went on to have a successful career in the food service industry. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Rodger Prizel; son, Kurt Prizel; daughter, Kimberly (Chris) Caranfa; grandchildren, Kiera Prizel, Maci Prizel, Ella Prizel, and Nathan Caranfa; siblings, Ronald Murphy, Timothy Murphy, and William Hardy; brother-in-law, Gary Fuller; several cherished nieces and nephews, and many special friends. Predeceased by her mother, Dorothy Hardy; father, Wesley Murphy; sisters, Joan (Kenmore) Bay, and Barbara Fuller; brother, Richard (June) Murphy; sister-in-law, Anita Murphy. Darlene was a devoted wife, and loving mother and grandmother, whose passion in life was to love and care for her family with all of her heart. She enjoyed music, dancing, making people laugh, driving her Mustang GT, taking trips to the lake, and spending time with her grandkids. She was a true warrior with a unique, caring, and happy soul, who would light up every room with her energetic spirit and beautiful smile. Due to Covid-19 restrictions and safety purposes, a private service for the immediate family will be held on Friday, August 21, 2020, at Fuller Funeral Home in Canandaigua, NY.
