Sincere condolences to Brian's widow. Brian was the last of my Uncle Neale and Aunt Edith"s sons to die. I was his first cousin.

Nancy, my condolences to you. I don’t remember if you will recall out friendship at Datagraphic way back! I have fond memories of all of those times.
My your memories guide you through the days ahead.

Brian was my friend, I am proud to say.
A quiet man of few words but I always knew what he meant, or at least I thought I did. We would walk around many car shows and while I did most of the talking, he would make a brief comment offering his opinion. This seemed to work for us.
We even did the "Historics", participating in the fall event at Watkins Glen, actually racing at speed around the original "old track" of the countryside and streets of Watkins Glen and again on the current track. I think Brian especially enjoyed racing thru the chicane of the "bus-stop" on the track; we had fun doing that sort of thing.
Last year, due to Covid, car shows were out. So was going out with our wives; Bonnie and Nancy. Our last meal together was at Brian and Nancy's before heading South. Covid ended getting together. So Brian and I would meet weekly during the nice weather, down along the lake , sitting apart six feet, to discuss cars. We were going to start that up again.
I'll truly miss my "wingman".
As I said to him when he and Nancy moved back to New Mexico; "Safe travels, my friend"!
