Yong Corino, 78, of Farmington, passed away at her home on Saturday, May 3, 2025, with her loving husband by her side.

Yong was born in South Korea on February 23, 1947. She met Robert Corino while he was stationed serving in the military. They were joined in marriage on August 23, 1984. At the conclusion of military service, the two relocated to Ontario County where Robert's family all reside. Over their 40 years of marriage Yong and Robert shared many happy times with family.

Yong enjoyed vegetable gardening as well as beautiful floral gardens around her residence. She also primarily cooked Korean cuisine. Yong followed her culture by viewing Korean television programing. For several years she enjoyed being entertained at the Finger Lakes Casino.

Yong is survived by her loving husband Robert Corino, brother-in-law Frank (junior) Corino, sister-in-law Theresa and John Zimmerman, and brother-in-law Paul and Judith Corino.

Friends may call Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 2:00-4:00 pm at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo Street, Canandaigua. A 4:00 pm funeral service will follow at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Saint Rose Cemetery on Monday, May 12th at 11:00 am.
