Kenneth Timothy Chizewick (Kenny), 16, of Farmington, NY, passed away on July 6, 2025.

Kenny was born in Canandaigua to Kenneth Chizewick and Amanda Zayachek. He attended Canandaigua Academy. Kenny loved sports. He played football, baseball and basketball. He loved his family, his friends and his animals deeply. Kenny was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Mets fan. He was so very kind and had a smile that would light up the room.

Kenny is survived by his father, Kenneth Chizewick and stepmother, Danielle Chizewick; sisters, Luci, Ophelia and Olive; brother, Jameson; his mother, Amanda Zayachek and stepfather, Paul Zayachek; his grandparents, Rob and Denise Nelson, Tim and Diana Jones, Velma and Kenny Chizewick and Sheryl Wilber; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and great grandparents.

Friends may call Monday, July 14, from 4-7 PM at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua. An 11 AM funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15 at the funeral home. The interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery 130 N. Pearl St. Canandaigua.
