Harriet Marie Morgan, 93, of Farmington, New York, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.


Harriet was born on February 27, 1932, in Clifton Springs to Ross Cornell and Ida Mae Bennett. Harriet loved being around the family as she had 7 children, Peggy (David) Wood, Frank Morgan, Mary (Wayne) Taft, William (Debbie) Morgan, Clarence Morgan (Jr), Robert Morgan and Clarice Morgan. Along with 22 grandchildren and great grandchildren.


Harriet enjoyed traveling with her soulmate, Jim, and camping trips with family. When Harriet was at home you would find her caring for family and watching NASCAR or soap operas. Throughout her life, she dedicated herself wholeheartedly to her family, becoming fondly known by all as “Grandma Harriet.” Her warmth and generosity touched everyone she met, and her home was always open. Family gatherings at her home weren’t just events; they were heartbeats of tradition, laughter, and storytelling. As “Grandma Harriet,” she wove generations together with her wisdom and laughter, leaving behind a legacy of love that will echo in family hearts forever.


Survived by brother John Cornell. Harriet was preceded in death by her soulmate, Jim Fowler, first husband, Clarence Morgan and her parents, Ross Cornell and Ida Mae Bennett, along with her five siblings.


Funeral services will take place on July 22, 2025, with calling hours at 11am and the service at 12pm at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. located at 190 Buffalo St, Canandaigua NY.
