Farmington – Leonard F. Potter, 82, born April 7, 1943, passed away October 18, 2025, following a long illness.

Leonard is predeceased by his parents Raymond and Mildred Potter; brothers Richard, Donald & Leslie; sisters Myrtle Chappell & Janet Beach.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Geraldine Potter; son Terry (April) Potter of Lyons, NY; daughter Kimberly (Steven) Buza of Syracuse, NY; grandchildren Allen (Molly) Feraday & Kyle Potter of Lyons, NY, Chelsea Bailey of Syracuse, NY; great-granddaughter Lottie Faraday; sister Carol Brownell of Colorado; sister-in-law Kathleen Potter of Canandaigua; brother-in-law James (Penny) Hall of Hilton, NY, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Len was a retired plumbing contractor.

The family would like to thank Dr. Pattel and the staff of Oncology and Intensive Care at Thompson Hospital for everything.

There will be no calling hours. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
