Richard Luthern McGregor passed away peacefully on October 12, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's.
He was predeceased by his mother Margaret McGregor and brother Thomas McGregor.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Mary; sisters-in-law Ann Wells and Sandra Raysor; brother-in-law Michael Gillam; close cousins Vincent and Angela Griffith, Jean and Lou Maenza and many other cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Richard was employed by Rochester Products. He was a lay pastor in Port Gibson, NY. As a veteran, he served 2 tours of duty in Vietnam from 1966-1972. He loved playing tennis and traveling around the world. Most of all, Richard treasured his family and friends.
A 10 AM memorial service will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025, at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua. A private interment for family and close friends will follow the service at Woodlawn Cemetery.
