Betty Ann Rosato, age 94, of Webster, New York, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born on December 27, 1930, Betty lived a long and remarkable life grounded in faith, resilience, and an unwavering devotion to those she held closest.
Betty was the true matriarch of the Rosato family. She was the steady center of every gathering, the one whose guidance, strength, and unconditional love shaped generations. Her wisdom was gentle, her humor warm, and her presence a comfort to all who knew her. She carried her strength with grace, and her family will forever feel the imprint of her steady, loving heart.
She is survived by her brother Jerry Bulmahn, and was preceded in death by her siblings Virginia Richards, Dorothy Salamone, and James Bulmahn, along with their spouses.
Betty is survived by her beloved children:
Daniel Rosato, David Rosato, Grace Cauwels, Anthony Rosato, Michael Rosato, and Laura Rosato. She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel E. Rosato, and by her sons Joseph Rosato, Russel Rosato, Samuel Rosato, and Vincent Rosato.
Betty's legacy is one of love, endurance, and family. She leaves behind an extraordinary lineage: 34 grandchildren, 77 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren, each a testament to the life she built and the love she poured into the world.
Calling hours will be held on December 12, 2025, from 2-4 PM at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua. A 4 PM memorial service will follow at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Heart Foundation, (heartfoundation.org) in honor of the compassionate care she both gave and received.
Betty Ann Rosato will be deeply missed, forever cherished, and lovingly remembered as the heart and matriarch of her family.
