William (Billy) Angelo
October 4, 1969 – January 31, 2026
Billy was born on October 4, 1969, in Rochester, New York.
He is survived by his mother, Beverly Albanese; his sister, Debbie (Chuck) Weaver; his nieces, Tara (Oliver), Kasey, and Molly; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
Billy was predeceased by his father, William Angelo; his stepfather, Thomas Albanese; his grandparents; several aunts; and a very special uncle, Thomas Angelo.
Billy was many things to many people; a loving son, brother, proud uncle, and cherished nephew, but above all, he was a light, the kind that could illuminate an entire room. He possessed a rare gift for kindness, offering it freely and without expectation. He showed up for others in both quiet and profound ways, always ready to help and always ready to listen. His generosity was not only in what he did, but in who he was: kind-hearted, thoughtful, and deeply caring.
He could make anyone laugh, often when they needed it most. His wit was very quick, his timing perfect, and his laugh was so contagious. Laughter followed him, and now it echoes in our memories. Though his time with us was far too short, the love he gave and the joy he brought will never fade. He leaves behind a family forever changed by his presence and forever grateful that he was ours. We will carry his laughter, his kindness, and his generous spirit with us always.
He is deeply loved, greatly missed, and eternally remembered.
