Robert E. Clark Obituary

Robert E. Clark Obituary

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Robert Clark, who left us on April 30, 2026, due to unforeseen complications following surgery.

Rob was a devoted husband, loving father, proud "Grampy," cherished brother, teacher, coach, and friend. He dedicated much of his life to guiding and inspiring others, both in the classroom and on the court, leaving a lasting impact on countless students and athletes who were fortunate to know him.

Above all, Rob took immense pride in his family. Nothing brought him more joy than a home filled with laughter, stories, and the presence of those he loved most. He was happiest surrounded by family, creating memories that will be treasured forever.

He never passed up an opportunity to spend time with his grandchildren, whether taking them fishing, shooting hoops in the driveway, or heading out for a boat ride. Those simple, joyful moments meant everything to him and will live on in the hearts of his family.

Rob found joy in life's simple pleasures. He loved hunting, fishing, woodworking, biking, golfing, and playing cards. And in true testament to his loyalty, he remained a faithful fan of the New York Jets-standing by his team through every season, no matter the record.

Rob was a man of faith and served for decades as a church trustee. Most recently, he was an active member of The United Church in Canandaigua, NY. He was known for his kindness, generosity, and steady presence. He had a way of making people feel welcome and valued, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Natalie; his children, Christopher (Carolyn) of Canandaigua, NY, Angela (Jonathan) of Bedford, NH, daughter in-law, Alissa of Whitehouse, TX; his grandchildren, Glacier, Canyon, Coral, Skyler, Aspen, Linden, Shae, Rowan; his siblings, Paula Clark, Janet Watson; and many extended family members and dear friends.

Rob was predeceased by his son, Alex of Whitehouse, TX.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, May 14, from 5pm to 7pm at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua. A funeral will be held on Friday, May 15, at 10am at The United Church, 11 Gibson St. Canandaigua.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY in honor of his son, Alex.

Rob will be remembered always for his love, his laughter, his faith, and the countless lives he touched.
