Duane C. Kazmark, 64, of Canandaigua, New York, passed away unexpectedly on July 13, 2026.

Duane was preceded in death by his mother Jeanne (Richard) O'Brien; his father Donald (Gloria) Kazmark; and his brothers Don Kazmark and Dave Kazmark.

He is lovingly remembered by his three sons Justin (Julie) Kazmark, Stephen (Courtney) Kazmark, and Dylan Kazmark. He was a proud grandfather to six grandchildren Sadie, Finnley, Scarlett, Brycen, Kallen, and Justin.

He is also survived by his sisters Debbie (Joe) Cappadonia and Lori O'Brien Mitchell (Scott); his brother Dan (Karen) Kazmark; and his many nieces and nephews.

Duane had a lifelong passion for sports and could always be counted on for a great conversation about the latest game. A devoted Buffalo Bills fan, he faithfully cheered on his favorite team every season with unwavering loyalty and enthusiasm.

Some of Duane's happiest moments were spent watching classic Westerns, sharing Pontillo's Pizza with his sons, and proudly cheering on his grandchildren at their sporting events. Above all, Duane treasured time with his family. His warmth, sense of humor, and unwavering love for those closest to him will be remembered always.

Duane's legacy lives on through his children, grandchildren, family, and the countless memories he created with those fortunate enough to know him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
