It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Margaret "Peggy" LaRocca, who departed peacefully at her home on July 29, 2026, following a courageous and long-fought battle with cancer.

A devoted mother and grandmother, Peggy will be remembered for her kindness and her lifelong commitment to caring for others. As a dedicated nurse, she brought comfort to many throughout her career, and she spent many meaningful years serving the community as an aide within the local school district.

Peggy was a widow of Stephen LaRocca Sr., who took great pride in her family. She is survived by her loving children, Stephen LaRocca Jr. and Jennifer (Dean) Brooks; and her cherished grandchildren, Mickayla and Spencer Brooks. She leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Friends may call Tuesday, August 4, from 4-6 PM at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua. An 11 AM funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, August 5, at St. Mary's Church, 95 N. Main St. Canandaigua. Peggy will be interred with her husband in Woodlawn Cemetery
