In Loving Memory of Timothy David Eddinger

July 24, 1973 – August 9, 2026

It is with profound sadness and deep gratitude for a life well lived that we announce the passing of Timothy David Eddinger, who unexpectedly passed away on August 9, 2026 at the age of 53.

Tim was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished grandfather, loyal brother, and true friend to countless people. He shared 16 years of marriage with the love of his life, Jessica, building a family grounded in love, laughter, and unwavering support.

As a father, Tim provided guidance, encouragement, and unconditional love to his children, Joseph, Samantha & Nicole. As a grandfather, he found immense joy in spending time with his grandchildren, Juliette, Lilliana & Kayden, who will forever treasure the memories, stories, and special moments they shared together.

Known as the life of the party, Tim never met a stranger. His infectious laugh, quick wit, and outgoing personality made everyone feel welcome. Whether gathering with family, celebrating with friends, or simply sharing a conversation, he had a unique ability to bring people together. His circle of friends was vast, and the bonds he formed throughout his life were a testament to his genuine kindness, generosity, and unforgettable spirit.

Tim enjoyed craft beer, a good bourbon (even sometimes a mediocre bourbon), golfing and traveling and embraced life with enthusiasm and a sense of adventure. He lived each day with gratitude and believed that life's greatest blessings were family, friendship, and making memories with those he loved.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Jessica Eddinger; his children, Samantha Podgers (Zach) & Nicole Eddinger; his grandchildren, Juliette Olek, Lilliana & Kayden Allgood; brother, Robert Eddinger (Patricia), nieces & nephews, Sarah Eddinger (David Hawkins), Rachel Eddinger, Morgan Eddinger (Amyrae), Jessica Eddinger, Mason & Paige Robichaud; great nieces and nephews Athena Hardister, Annabelle Hutchins & Wesley Eddinger; parents-in-laws, Wesley Stoddard (Greta), Cindy Stoddard (Dale Snyder) and many dear friends who became family over the years.

He was preceded in death by his son, Joseph Eddinger; his parents, David Eddinger and Marjorie (Compson) MacPeek, as well as many other family members and friends.

Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we find comfort in the countless memories he created and the love he shared so freely. His legacy of laughter, friendship, and devotion to family will live on in all who knew him. He would want everybody to live each day to the absolute fullest and spend time with those you cherish.

A celebration of Tim’s legendary life will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2026, from 5:00 – 8:00 at Other Half Brewing (Bloomfield).
