Obituary of Walter Clark

WALTER E. CLARK, JR. BRISTOL: Walter Clark, 80, of Gregg Road, died Wednesday, Oct. 2,at Thompson Hospital. Walt was born in Rochester on Oct. 30, 1932 to the late Walter and Harriet Clark, Sr. He served as a medic in the U.S. Army during the Korean war and was a member of the American Legion. A master tool and die maker, he had been associated with several area firms for over 40 years. He later retired, after 14 years of service, from the maintenance department of Honeoye Central School. He is survived by his wife of 58 and a half years Marian Drake Clark; his children Walter (Linnea) E. Clark III, Virginia Beach, Linda (Raymond) McNaughton, Webster, Barbara (Darrell) Bravenec, Red Oak, TX and Kathleen (Rodney) Mastin, Bristol; grandchildren Jason, Kehaulani, Brian, Darren and Brandi; great grandchildren Kea, Alana and Amalthea; his brother Bernard (Edith) Clark, Las Vegas,his sister Inez (Robert) Root, New Hampshire and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister. Friends may call at Fuller Funeral Home, 190 Buffalo St.,Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 where funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 11:00. Burial with military honors will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Happy Tails or to the Bristol Volunteer Fire Department.
