Obituary of Lyola Wade

Lyola Wise Wade Canandaigua- Lyola M. Wade, age 102, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 2, 2014 at her home on Chapin St. She was born in Minneapolis, MN January 6, 1912, the daughter of the late Paul J. and Josephine M. Wise. Lyola was predeceased by her husband of 68 years, George W. Wade; daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen L. and John T. Joyce; and brother, Charles J. Wise. She is survived by her son, Richard G.; daughter, Marilyn Rogers (Glenn Morris); and five grandchildren, John (Annette) Joyce, Steven (Sandy) Joyce, Alec Rogers (Sonya Sbar), Evie (Bernie) Zeruhn, Andrew Rogers (Jo Machado) and 11 great-grandchildren. Lyola was a member of St. Mary’s Church, St. Vincent de Paul Society, and the Rosary Altar Society. There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. Canandaigua.
