Obituary of Marshall Simonsen

Marshall Jon Simonsen Rochester- Marshall Jon Simonsen, age 56, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2014 after a nine year battle with cancer. Marshall is survived by Mario Trottier; mother Sylvia Passmore; father John (Geraldine); siblings: Arlene (Dale) DeVinney, Alan Simonsen, Gail (Mike) Nellenback, Terri (Rick) Frosino, Robert Murray, Kris (Jim) Koniar; aunts; uncles; cousins; nieces; nephews and many friends. Generous and caring, Marshall touched and helped many. His love for traveling brought him to different countries around Americas and Europe. After 15 years in Fort Lauderdale, Marshall returned home to be with family. A graduate from Geneseo (Biology) & Alfred University (Nursing), he worked as a nurse at St.Mary’s, Strong Memorial Hospital and Cleveland Clinic Florida. Family and Friends may call Saturday, December 6, from 1-2 p.m. at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo Street, Canandaigua. A 2 p.m. Celebration of Marshall’s life will follow at the funeral home.
