Obituary of Stephen Browning

STEPHEN B. BROWNING PHELPS: Stephen Browning, 60, of Orchard Park, Phelps, died Aug. 5 at Geneva General Hospital. Stephen was born on Feb. 2, 1955 in Fulton, NY to the late Billy and Trudie Browning. He was a graduate of Fulton High School and served in the U.S. Navy. Steve had been an account clerk with the Ontario County Department of Social Services for several years. He was active with Little League Baseball in the Shortsville and Canandaigua area and had been an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting and camping. He had also been a hunters safety instructor. Survivors include his wife Deborah (Lee) Browning of Phelps; his son Ethan also of Phelps; his siblings Deborah (Robert) Fassler, Lafayette ,NY, Gerald Browning, Tully, NY, Tracy (Evan) Kurtz, Dryden, NY and Paul (Sandra) Browning, Fulton, NY; 11 nieces and nephews; 7 great nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins and his faithful companion Ginger. Friend may call at Fuller Funeral Home Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. where funeral services will follow visitation at two o'clock. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family has suggested that memorials be made to your local youth baseball organization or to the charity of your choice.
