Obituary of David W. Jungjohann

David Jungjohann, 66, of Farmington, passed away on October 14th, 2023. David was born in Rochester, on March 7th, 1957. He was a talented athlete who enjoyed many sports such as hockey, swimming, football, and lacrosse. At age 16, David met the love of his life, Diane, while they were both working at Seabreeze. He brought her an orange soda and a hot dog while she was working at teacups ride. David was a successful businessman during his early years prior to his health struggles. David had two children who he share his love for sports and his competitive nature with. He shared a special father son bond with his son Andrew over their love for the game of golf. Most weekends you would find them on the golf course together going for 18 holes where they spent time laughing and cracking jokes together. David was his daughter's biggest cheerleader from the sidelines while she was playing basketball. You would always hear him shouting "KJ" or "Kate the Great". David is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Diane Jungjohann; two children, Andrew (Lindsay) Jungjohann, Katie Jungjohann and her fiancé James Jaworski; brother, John Jungjohann; grandchildren, Natalie, Emme and Hannah; two sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews. David is predeceased by his father and mother, Parker, and Helen Jungjohann; two brothers, Thomas and James Jungjohann; mother and father-in-law, Bernard and Elizabeth Falls; brother-in-law, Lyle Corey and niece, Colleen Corey David's family will hold a private celebration of life with his close family and friends.
