Obituary of Hope Gabrielsen

Hope Gabrielsen Canandaigua- Hope Gabrielsen, 89, died peacefully on Sunday July 7, 2013 at her home. She was born March 24, 1924 to Edwin and Ruth Hansen. Hope was a librarian and worked for the Monroe County BOCES in Fairport. She also donated time to the Wood Library in Canandaigua. She was an active member of Canandaigua Yacht Club, and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Canandaigua. Hope was also a proud Daughter of the American Revolution. A loving and dedicated wife and mother, she is survived by her husband, William Gabrielsen; sons, Peter and David Gabrielsen; and a brother, Samuel Hansen. Friends may call, Friday July 12 from 3-5 pm at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
