Obituary of Richard Gates

Richard E. Gates Loving husband, father, grandfather Canandaigua NY Of Seneca Drive passed away June 4, 2009 at the Serenity House in Victor NY. He was 78. Dick retired from Bausch & Lomb after 34 years of service. He was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. He was also an avid hunter and loved being in the outdoors. He is survived by his wife Jean Gates Children; Richard (Marie) Gates, Carol Foringer, Robert (Sandra) Gates, Debra (David) Hartman, Charles (Linda Marie) Young, Kenneth (Mary) Young, Linda (Steve) Rohrback, Keith Young, Mark (Carlotta) Young. Brother; Robert Gates, Sisters; Gloria Sensenbach, Frances Perella, brother in law Doug (Marianne) Negley, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. Friends may call Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 at the Fuller Funeral Home 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua. A Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11 am. at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.
