Obituary of Paul Feehan

Paul J. Feehan 1920 – 2009 Canandaigua NY Formerly of Canandaigua and Henrietta passed away at Unity Hospital in Rochester. Predeceased by his beloved wife of 60 years Evelyn and a brother James Leo. Army veteran of WWII. He was awarded the Purple Heart, Bronze Star and Conspicuous Service Cross. Paul retired from Kodak in 1983 after 40 years of service. Paul belonged to the Genesee Valley Chapter of the Battle of the Bulge Veterans and especially enjoyed being in the Memorial Day parade in Greece. In May, Paul was chosen by Honor Flight of Rochester to be flown to Washington D.C. to visit the WWII memorial with 50 other WWII Vets. It was a rewarding experience for Paul who was greeted by many who came out to applaud and personally thank him for his service. Survived by three daughters Doreen (Bob) Reeder, Virginia Genduso and Elaine (Nino) Vileria four grandchildren, Sandra (Brian) Miller, Beverly Scacchetti, Gerald (Judy) Genduso and Michelle (Jeffrey) Welch and nine great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Friends may call Friday from 2 pm. to 5 pm. at the Fuller Funeral Home 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua NY. A Funeral mass will be held Sat. 10 am. At St. Mary’s church in Canandaigua. Burial will be in Rushville Cemetery. Donations may be made in Paul’s memory to Honor Flight of Rochester, P.O. Box 23581 Rochester, N.Y. 14692.
