Obituary of Jacob Gray

Jacob Matthew Gray 11/28/1984 – 6/26/2014 Farmington- Jacob Matthew Gray died suddenly on June 26, 2014. Jacob was an avid musician, songwriter, poet, and screenwriter and was actively involved with Cobblestone Arts Center when he was growing up. He graduated with a Liberal Arts Degree from Finger Lakes Community College and studied mathematics at SUNY Stony Brook and SUNY Institute of Technology. He is survived by his mother, Rochelle Johnson-Gray (Scott Horton); father, Jason Gray; his beloved, Louisa Pinal; maternal grandparents, Leon and Gloria (Smith) Johnson; half-brother, Adam Gray, Clifford Gray,half sister julie Gray Uncles, David Johnson; Guy Johnson, Keith Johnson, Smokey Gray, David (Manina) Gray; Aunts, Millie (Dave) DeRuyter, Cathy Gray, Judy-Marie Gray Creeley; cousins, Leah (Ryan) Johnson Lee, Logan Lee, Brandi Johnson, Karson and Tiffani Johnson. Jacob was predeceased by his paternal grandmother, Louise Gray Donley. Friends may call Thursday July 3 from 11 am-1 pm at Fuller Funeral Home Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua. A 1 pm funeral service will immediately follow at the funeral home. A memorial Scholarship Fund has been set up in the name of Jacob Matthew Gray. Donations to this fund can be sent in lieu of flowers to Canandaigua National Bank, payable to Rochelle Gray, JMG Scholarship Fund.
