Obituary of Loretta Faben

Loretta B. Faben Canandaigua – Loretta B. Faben, 67 went home to the arms of her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009 with her loving family by her side. Family and friends may call Friday (Oct. 2) from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St, Canandaigua. A Funeral Service will be Saturday (Oct. 3) at 10 a.m. at the Crosswinds Wesleyan Church, 3360 Middle Cheshire Rd, Canandaigua. Loretta was born the daughter of the late William and Elinor (Meade) Benedum on July 7, 1942 in Painesville, Ohio. She graduated from Savannah High School in 1959, followed by attending Continental School of Beauty. Most recently she graduated from Calvary Chapel Christian School. Loretta owned and operated the Loretta’s Styling Salon in Savannah for 18 years. She served on the Crosswinds Church Board for the past 3 years and volunteered many hours in the children department at Crosswinds. Sewing, dining out with her husband, and reading were things Loretta enjoyed doing. However, the most important thing was spending time with her family whom she loved very much. Loretta will be remembered by her loving husband Richard “Dick” Faben; sons RL (Tammany) Murray, William (Shelly) Murray and Thomas (Joan) Faben; daughter Julie (Jonathan) King; grandchildren U.S. Marine Corp. Ryan, Patrick, Rebekah, Katherine, Lauren, Luke, Noah, Caleb, Elias, Markus and Bethany.
