John Scott Blankenberg
Geneva- Scott Blankenberg, 50, passed away unexpectedly on July 24, 2014 at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Scott was a 1982 graduate of Naples High School.
He was an avid NY Yankees fan and loved watching Ohio State football with his friends and family. Scott loved the outdoors; fishing and cookouts were some of his favorite times.
Scott is survived by his sons, Josh and Scott Blankenberg; mother, Patricia (Edwin) Vanderbrook; sister, Melody (Ray) Hulburt; brother, Eddie (Sara Ashley) Vanderbrook; nieces, Ashley, Kayla, Gabby and Ariana; nephews, Kyle, Jacob, Logan and Connor; and several other family and friends.
He was predeceased by his father, John Blankenberg; grandparents, Milton and Mary Blankenberg, Gerald and Mildred Tiffany; sister, Sheryl Blankenberg.
A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care of Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. Canandaigua.
