Obituary of Wallace Kluge

Wallace A. Kluge Loving husband, father, grandfather Canandaigua N.Y. Wallace Kluge of Northside Ln. passed away November 4, at House of John in Clifton Springs N.Y. He was 84. Born in Naples N.Y., Mr. Kluge served with the U.S. Army during WWII in the European Theater and Ardennes at the Battle of the Bulge. A member of Local 33, Mr. Kluge was an Iron worker for 30 years. He was also a charter member of the Naples VFW Post #8726 and Canandaigua American Legion Post #256. Mr. Kluge loved watching baseball and cheering for the Boston Red Soxs. He is survived by his wife of 66 years Delores, seven daughters; Shelia, Karen, Jeanine, Robin, Pam, Mari, Lisa; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, beloved nephew Peter Sweltz and several other nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a grandson Shane Wheaton. A memorial service will be held Saturday November 7 at 1 PM. at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. In lieu of flowers, a contribution in his memory may be made to the House of John 14 Spring St. Clifton Springs N.Y. 14432 and F.F. Thompson Hospital 350 Parrish St. Canandaigua N.Y. 14424.
