I met Joan through an association we both belonged to when she worked at Zotos, and we reconnected through Ontario ARC. She was a wonderful friend to our agency, and I had the privilege of having her work with me on our fundraisers. She was a dedicated volunteer, and I'm glad our paths crossed. My sincerest sympathy to all of her family; she will be missed.
