Anne L. Sterling
Anne Louise Sterling, 82, passed away peacefully the morning of July 1, 2015 at the Geneva Living Center South from natural illnesses, including Parkinsons disease.
Anne is survived by five sons: Darryl (Libby) of Richmond, ME; Gary of Bloomfield; David (Vicky) of Lansing; Steven (Cheryl) of Walworth; and Eric of Penn Yan; One daughter, Patti Walotka (Gene) of Western Springs, IL; Fifteen grandchildren: Todd, Heidi, Trevor, Lily (Dimitri), Fiona, Jessica, Amy (Justin), Andrea, Joshua (Eve), Gretchen, Sara, Laura, Christopher, Zachary, Rachel (Jeff); and eleven great grandchildren.
Anne was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Aletha Mae Epple; her sons, Rick and Mark; her stillborn daughter; her granddaughter, Megan; her daughter-in-law, Michelle; and the father of her children, Richard I. Sterling.
Anne was born September 9th, 1932 in Rochester. She moved to Canandaigua with her family in 1960, where she lived out most of her years. Anne enjoyed poetry, listening to soft music, playing cards, and watching sports on television, particularly baseball (NY Mets fan), football, and college basketball. She kept her Irish heritage close to heart and loved St. Patricks Day. Anne was very proud of all her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited to attend Annes memorial service at the Calvary Cemetery, Clark St., Canandaigua, at 12pm (noon) on Friday, July 3. Arrangements have been made by the Fuller Funeral Home.
