Obituary of Mildred Brown

MILDRED J. BROWN 1919 – 2010 CANANDAIGUA: Mildred Brown, 91, of Buffalo Street, died January 18 at Hospeace House in Naples. Millie was born in Canandaigua on January 2, 1919 to the late Charles and Catherina Scantlin O’Reilly. She had managed the Canandaigua office of the Ontario County Times Journal for many years and had been a realtor with Century 21. Millie was a member of St. Mary’s Church. She is survived by her son David (Diane) Brown of Vonore, TN; her daughter Kathy (Jim) Haygood of Canandaigua; 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Sharon Brown and two sons Richard and Donald Brown. There will be no prior calling hours. Friends and family are invited to attend her funeral Mass which will be celebrated at St. Mary’s church, North Main St., Canandaigua on Friday at 10:00 A.M. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
