Dear Tracy and Family, Condolences to all of you with the passing of your Mother and Grandmother. She was a huge influence on me during my first job at the Arc of Monroe from 1989-1994. "Lady Jane" as she was affectionately known to me for her intellect, caring and quintessential Canadian manners became a wonderful friend after the Arc and beyond. We both shared our hearing loss story together in so many ways. Thank you for the opportunity to have been a small part of your wonderful "Lady Jane's" life.
