James E. Gagne Palmyra- James Gagne passed away September 14, 2015 at Rochester General Hospital. He is survived by his children, James Jr., Amanda (Tyler) Mansfield; mother, Bonnie Wagner; brothers, Steven Gagne, Jeffrey Elder, Jeremiah Wagner; sister, Tracey (David) Miconi; grandchildren, Jack, Ethan, Tristen, Gabbie Ann and Sophia.
