Bill was born in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada and was a proud nationalized American citizen since 1963. He was the long-time secretary of the Milnor Masonic Lodge, trustee of his church, active member of the Bloomfield Scientific Club, Village Board member in East Bloomfield, Bristol Zoning Board of Appeals member, and board member of the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association. He loved golfing, canoeing, sailing, hunting, fishing, hiking, painting wildlife and loved his family and home. He was a true gentleman and his quiet, thoughtful, helpful, and dedicated nature will be sorely missed.
