Obituary of Donald Pierce

Donald M. Pierce Canandaigua- Donald M. Pierce, 76, November 27, 2015 died peacefully with his family by his side. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Carol; children, Cheryl, Amy (Tom), Dan (Sharon); grandchildren, David (Dana), Jimmy, Tina (Rob), Chris (Lindsey), Randi, and Aaron; great-grandchildren, Kyra, Christian, Ty’Jon, Lexi, Macie, Kendall, Evan, Ja’niyah, Ellie and Cora; sister, Shirley and bother, Mel (Ginny) and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Mel and Amy; sister, Barb Johnson; brother; Leon and two brothers-in-law, Jim Miller and Jim Johnson. Don was retired from the Canandaigua City School district and was a life member of the Cheshire Volunteer Fire Department. He loved his family, hunting, fishing, and camping. There will be a celebration of Don’s life at the Cheshire Fire Hall on Saturday, December 5, from 2-5 pm. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the B.
