Obituary of Jaquelyn R. Johnson

JAQUELYN R. JOHNSON 2004 - 2008 FARMINGTON: Jaquelyn Johnson, three years old, died Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Strong Memorial Hospital as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Jacquelyn was born in Canandaigua on May 5, 2004 to Randall and Yvonne Shaff Johnson, Jr. In addition to her parents she is survived by her siblings Alanna Johnson, Jon Johnson and Dylan Johnson; her grandparents Sue and Alan Bremer of Canandaigua and Valerie and Peter Shaff of Farmington; her Great Grandma DeLorne and several aunts and uncles. Friends may call at the Fuller Funeral Home Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held Wednesday morning at 11:00. Burial will be in North Farmington Cemetery.
