Larry we all will miss you! You were a true friend, we shared lots of good times and lots of laughs with many good friends. I remember the year was 1972, I was 21 we were hanging out at the Seneca Dairy Bar, as we did every night back then, it was early winter and you asked me "What are you going to do for the winter" ? I don`t know! Larry was driving out to California, do you want to go? All you have to pay for is your food and lodging. I said yes, Larry was going to show me the world! And he did, 5 weeks and 10,000 miles what a trip!! Larry stopped by my house in Bloomfield this past fall for about 3 hours it was great to share memories with such a good friend. See you down the road old friend and we will hang out with all our old friends.

What a loss.... Larry was a great friend and partner. Whether it was talking about cars, races, race car drivers, old times, or going to swap meets, car shows, playing jokes on people, or anything car related Larry was there, and a good many hours were spent enjoying the time. I'm glad that Larry was able to see my dad and I get Ike's old fire truck restored, and it brings great pleasure to me knowing that by me and my dad letting him drive the fire truck and the '37 Plymouth pickup (which was Larry's favorite vehicle in our collection) that we made his day. During the times of Larry's illness, and since his death, I have had so many people tell me how Larry's face would light up when someone talked to him about driving our old cars. So many stories will no longer be swapped, so many more jokes that we had already planned will never be played on some poor unsuspecting soul, and to the old car world, my dad and I have lost a great friend, partner and driver. Your presence will always be missed my friend.

Sorry to see Larrys obituary in the paper. We had some great times. The best time I remember was when we had press passes to Pocono 500. We were so close, we could hand the pit crew a wrench. We even stood on the track with the drivers before the race started. It was a lot of fun.
