Obituary of Anne Oakes

Anne G. Oakes Loving mother & grandmother Canandaigua NY 75 passed away November 25, 2010 at FF Thompson Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Arland Oakes. She is survived by her daughter Desiree Duryea from Kennesaw, Georgia, her son Hugh Oakes, wife Susan (Ferran) and granddaughter Grace from Denver, Colorado. Anne was born in Highland Falls, NY and moved to Canandaigua in 1967. Anne was retired from Polimeni’s Restaurant where she worked for 40 years and considered her customers to be her second family. To know Anne was to love her. Friends may call Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 at the Fuller Funeral Home Inc. A Funeral service will be held Saturday December 4, 2010 at 10 am. At the Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at Woodlawn Cemetery. Contributions in memory of Anne may be made to a charity of your choice.
