Lucille French, 82, passed away December 13, 2010 at the Ontario County Health Facility.

Born in Hemlock, She was the 5th child of Ralph and Mary Elizabeth Moore.

Lucille was predeceased by her husband Erwin Sr., Sons; John and Thomas, brothers Paul, Herbert and John, sisters Caroline Grundman and Delia Teed.

She is survived by her sons; Erwin Jr. and Shari French (Tim, Ryan & Megan), Scott and Tammy French (Gary, Emily, Cheyenne & Dakota), Terry and Janette French (Michael, Jody, Steven & Timothy), Jerome and Stehanie French (Tatiana, Joshua, Logan, Sarah & Brett), and daughter Lori French (John, Adam & Zach), granddaughter Cassandra Godwin and seven great grandchildren. Lucille is also survived by brothers; George, Albert, Clarence, Howard, Steve and Richard Moore, sisters; Luella Fredericks, Orlanda Stoddard, Hilda Paul, many nieces and nephews, and dear friend Eleanor Masisok

The French family moved to Canandaigua in 1979, and was known to many as “Mama French.” Lucille and Erwin Sr. were lifetime members of the Loyal Order of the Moose 1048.

Friends may call Thursday December 16 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua. An 11:00 am funeral service will be held Friday December 17 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
