Obituary of Catherine Albrecht

Catherine B. Albrecht Loving wife, mother and grandmother Canandaigua, NY Catherine Albrecht, 54, passed away peacefully in her home on January 13th, 2011. Born August 14th, 1956 to the late Donald Brahm and Jean McMahon of Canandaigua, Catherine graduated from Canandaigua Academy in 1974. She worked for Rochester Telephone before her marriage to Freddie, at which point she devoted the rest of her life to being a loving wife and mother and raising their family. Catherine had a great passion for life and an unwavering faith in the Lord. She loved being with her family and friends above all else. She was truly a beautiful and unique woman in every way. Catherine is survived by her loving husband of 34 years; Freddie Albrecht, her children; Marie (Aaron Fowler), Freddie Jr. (Lauren Moulton), Patricia (Paul Diaz), and Amy, grandchildren; Johnathan Browing (Atlanta, GA), Nathan VanEpps (Honeoye Falls), and Austin Tears (Canandaigua, NY), brother and sisters, Richard Brahm, Judith Brahm and Sheila Holtz, and her niece Rachel Holtz. A memorial mass will be held at St Mary’s Church, 95 N. Main St., Canandaigua, on Friday, January 21 at 12 pm, after which, family and friends are welcome to join in a celebration of her life at 4066 Stoddard Rd. in Canandaigua.
