Dear Morry, I always thought I would see you again, but now you have passed. I tried and tried to contact you through our friends, because everyone always asked about you. You helped me out so much with my work at DVD, and the patients loved you very much. When some returned to treatment, they always asked about you and were so appreciative for all that you did for them. Sometimes it would be their first exposure to AA. I thank you again my friend, and God Bless You.

I extend my deepest sympathy to all the family of Morrie. He was a cherished member of our "family" at Van Dyke as well. He and his faithful companion brought many smiles to the staff and patients. He was a light in the darkness to many fellow addicts - May he rest in peace in now.

Ok we never know what exactly to say. The whole situation is a bummer and sorry never really cuts it. Big hugs to everyone who ever knew Morris and his family. We did not know Morris very well, but the little we did- he was a funny and great man!! Kellie, please be sure to call or come over anytime you want to talk about all the good times and memories- we know you will do a good job of keeping them going forever!!!

Dad, I miss you sooo much!! You were too young to die. I keep thinking about the grandpa Connor and Alli are going to miss playing with. I have so many memories of you and the times we shared. How about the many late night trips to vine valley beach in the summer to go swimming in the moon light. Glenn and I got the biggest kick out of swimming at night. We loved when you would pick us up over your head and throw us into the water. Or the times we would go with you to your AA meeting in Penn Yan. We loved going because we always went to McDonalds after with Big Mike. Your love for the holidays. You loved to decorate for any and every holiday. Glenn and I were just talking about Halloween at our house. Our lawn was always all done up with gohsts and witches and spider webs. You would dress up and answer the door. What about the year you dresses as an old woman and we had all of our friends convinced that you were our grandma. Christmas time brought out the trailer wrapped in plastic wrap to keep everyone warm while we rode around town attempting to sing christmas carols. You loved your plastic wrap! How about my senior trip to the Keuka Maid. You drove the bus and you had a bus full of 18 year olds singing nursery rhymes. I have many, many more memories of what a great person you were and how much fun we had over the years. You will always be my Daddy and hold a very special place in my heart. I wish that you were still here, but I know that you are with grandma and grandpa and your suffering is over. Just know that not a day will go by that I won't be thinking of you and wishing that you were here. I know you will be watching though. I will make sure that Connor and Alli know what a great grandfather they had and how much you loved them. Rest in peace Daddy!! I love and miss you very much. Love, Kellie "Junie"

Amie,Kellie and Glen, I am sorry to hear of the loss of your Dad. Amie, you may not remember me since you were so young when your mom, dad and I (and others) would gather up to Rally's campsite. They were good times and memories. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
