Obituary of Andrew Grabenstetter

Andrew "Andy" G. Grabenstetter Loving husband, father, and grandfather Canandaigua, NY Andy Grabenstetter, 69, passed away peacefully to his heavenly home on October 12th, 2011. Born April 28th, 1942 to the late George and Eleanor Grabenstetter of Rochester, Andy worked for a short time before his marriage to Kathleen Kastner, at which point he devoted the rest of his life to being a loving husband and father, and raising their family. He had a great passion for life, incredible compassion for other people, and an unwavering faith in the Lord. Andy loved being with his family & friends above all else. He also enjoyed sports and loved to tell a good story. He was truly a beautiful and unique man in every way. Andy is survived by his loving wife of 39 years; Kathleen Grabenstetter, his children; Christine Grabenstetter, Michelle (David) Johnson, Patricia (Jeremiah) Fox, Kimberly Grabenstetter, grandchildren; Jasey , Ada, and Jayvon, sister; Anita Hart, and nephews; Bill and Andy Hart. The family invites friends to call on Monday, October 17, from 5-7 pm at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua, where a 7 pm funeral service will immediately follow. A private burial will be held in Woodlawn Cemetery.
