Obituary of Luanne Scott

LUANNE FRANCES SCOTT WEEDSPORT: Luanne Scott, 52, died unexpectedly on Dec. 7, 2011 at Upstate Medical Center. Luanne was a graduate of Naples High School and had lived in the Bristol area for several years. She is survived by her loving companion Bernard “Bernie” Snyder of Weedsport; her children Zachary Abrams and Emily Scott both of South Carolina; her parents Burgy and Grace Anne Scott of Bloomfield; her sister Jan Marie (Bill) Sellers, of Madison, TN; her brothers Richard (Susan) Scott of Bloomfield and Robert (Christina) Scott of Rochester and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. There will be no prior calling hours. A celebration of Luanne’s life will begin at 3:00 p.m. at the East Bloomfield United Methodist Church, 2 Park Place, Bloomfield on Sunday, December 18. Pastor Jeri Kober will officiate. In lieu of flowers that family has suggested that memorials be directed to the American Cancer Society.
