Obituary of Marjorie Hurrin

MARJORIE A. HURRIN SENECA CASTLE: Marjorie Hurrin, 72, died Sunday, January 29, 2012 at the Keuka Comfort Care Home in Penn Yan. Marjorie was born in Canandaigua on July 30, 1939 to the late Michael and Elizabeth Lane Lenzi. She was a graduate of St. Mary's School and Canandaigua Academy. She had been associated with Labelon for over 35 years and had been a member of the Seneca Castle Fire Department for more than 15 years. Marjorie had been a cook with the U.S. Army in the 1960s. She is survived by her husband of 51 years Burnard "Butch" Hurrin, Seneca Castle; her children Debra & Greg Maines, Rhode Island, Steven & Kelly Hurrin, Canandaigua and Michael & Brenda Hurrin, Seneca Castle; two grandchildren; her sister Elaine (Edward) Gardner and her brother Robert (Phyllis) Lenzi all of Canandaigua. Marjorie is also survived by several nieces and nephews and her close friends and companions Amy and Ginger. There will be no prior calling hours. A celebration of Marjorie's life will begin at the Fuller Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 4th. In lieu of flowers the family has suggested that memorial contributions be directed to Keuka Care Comfort Home, 35 Rte. 54,East Lake Road,Penn Yan, NY 14527.
