Obituary of Peter Van Epps

Peter Van Epps Clifton Springs- Peter Van Epps, 66, of Clifton Springs passed away July 17, 2012 at the House of John. Born in Canandaigua in 1946, Pete was a graduate of Canandaigua Academy, class of 1964. He was a farmer in the Canandaigua and Clifton Springs area for over 50 years. Pete was a member of the Canandaigua BPOE #1844. He enjoyed NASCAR racing, traveling, camping with friends, bowling and games of euchre. Pete was predeceased by his parents, Sherman and Hazel (De Deyn) Van Epps. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Mary Walsh Van Epps; sister, Marlene Rice, of Newark, brothers-in-law, Thomas (Betty) Walsh, of Canandaigua, James (Lynn) Walsh, of Farmington, Patrick (Roz) Walsh, of Shortsville, Edward (Kathy) Walsh, of Canandaigua, sisters-in-law, Margaret Outhouse, of Canandaigua, Nancy (Malcolm) Allen, of Canandaigua, Elizabeth (Paul) Ryder, of Canandaigua, Cheryl (John) Squires, of Canandaigua, Karen (Michael) Lamouria, of Wasilla, AK., several nieces and nephews; and his best friend, Bart. There will be no calling hours. An 11 a.m. memorial service will be held Saturday July 21 at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua.
