He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Diane Daniels; children, Lacey (Burnett Gage) Callon, Joshua (Tarrah Weston) Callon, Maccus Callon, Kasandra Burns, Jackie Burns, Dona (Howard Benson) Burns; grandchildren, Alexa (Donald) Comer, Joey Eury, Brett Eury, Hali Burns, Howie Benson, Ryan Benson, Myanna Murphy; mother, Imogene Paugh; brothers; Ray Gene (Glenna) Burns, Bobby Burns; sisters, Casey (Buddy) Music, Kelly Burns, Wendy (Gary) Smith, Tonyna (Neil South) Smith; aunt,Kate Shattuck. Max was predeceased by his father, Wendell Burns; Step-father, Art Paugh; Grandpa Trummel; Grandma Tressie; brother, Wayne Burns; Aunts, Nina Colwell, Wilma Altman and Juanita Early; uncle, Bob Burns.
