Obituary of James Peter Kalarovich Jr.
James Peter Kalarovich, 87 of Canandaigua New York passed away on September 1, 2016.
Born in Tonawanda New York, October 9, 1928 to James P Sr. and Kathleen P ( Lupejkis) He graduated from McKinley High School in Buffalo in 1947. He was drafted into the United States Army and Served in the Korean War between 1951 and 1953, and was honorably discharged.
Jim was a restaurateur in both Florida and New York. Jim enjoyed reading, music, the New York Yankees, but most of all, he enjoyed family and friends.
James is survived by his long time partner Maxine Loomis. His sons, Philip Alan Kalarovich and Paul Andrew Kalarovich. Brothers Anthony, John and William and Sisters Francis, Kathleen and Annette. Step children Stuart, Debra, Sandra, Kathryn and Patricia as well as many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Predeceased by his wife Kathleen (Williams) Kalarovich , His parents James P Sr. and Kathleen (Lupekis) Kalarovich, his brother Thomas Kalarovich, his son Peter Anthony Kalarovich, and step sons Gary and Scott Williams.
A visitation is scheduled for Thursday September 8, between 1 and 3 pm at Fuller Funeral Home, 190 Buffalo St., Canandaigua, New York. A brief Catholic Service will be held at 3pm at the funeral home. A celebration of life and visit with friends will be held afterwards at 80 Parish St, Canandaigua New York.
